 The yearly income limits are $20,900.00 for a single person living alone and $23,900.00 for two persons living together to qualify for entrance into Friendship Manor. In addition, 40% of all new move-ins must be below annual incomes of $12,550.00 for a single person and $14,350.00 for two people.
